Business investment & growth partnerships
Your next chapter may need a partner, not a buyer.
EXIT10X selectively invests in businesses where capital and practical operational support can create a stronger foundation for growth. If you’re looking to expand, improve how your business runs, or explore a new ownership partnership, we welcome a conversation.
Share your goals. We’ll explore whether there is a fit.

Capital with a purpose
What could the right investment help you accomplish?
Capital is most useful when it is tied to a credible plan. Any proposed use has to make sense for the business’s customers, margins and capacity to carry it out.
- Expand capacity. Evaluate equipment, staffing, locations or delivery capability against real demand and economics the business can sustain.
- Strengthen operations. Improve the processes, responsibilities, reporting and systems that currently limit performance.
- Build a more dependable sales engine. Capture every inquiry, give each one an owner, follow up consistently and measure what marketing actually produces.
- Introduce useful automation. Reduce repetitive administration with properly configured AI and integrations, with people reviewing the work and handling exceptions.
- Prepare for the next stage. Strengthen records, management and transferability, whether you plan to keep owning the business or sell it one day.
An investment does not solve every cash-flow problem, and it does not automatically increase value. What matters is whether the plan behind it is realistic and carried out well.

More than a capital infusion
The money matters. So does what happens next.
Capital alone does not fix a business. We look at how the company wins customers, delivers its work, manages cash, and depends on its owner. The goal is to connect an investment with specific improvements that can be implemented, measured, and maintained.
- Understand the baseline. Review operating performance, financial records, the owner’s responsibilities and the intended use of capital.
- Identify the constraints. Find where missed inquiries, weak margins, incomplete handoffs, limited capacity or poor reporting are holding the business back.
- Build an improvement plan. Define the work, who is responsible, what it costs, the milestones and how progress will be measured.
- Put suitable systems in place. Configure supported workflows for phone coverage, inquiry capture, follow-up, job or project handoffs, reporting and administrative tasks.
- Measure and adjust. Compare results with the baseline, account for new costs and deal with exceptions.
Not every service is part of every investment. The scope depends on the partnership that is agreed.
What we look for
A clear opportunity to build something stronger.
Every review is different, but it usually considers:
- What customers buy and why they come back.
- Current financial performance and the quality of the records behind it.
- Your goals and how you intend to use the capital.
- Practical opportunities to improve or expand.
- Leadership, team capability and how involved the owner is.
- Material risks and obligations.
- Whether expectations and proposed terms line up.
We welcome inquiries from every industry and every size of business. We do not publish minimum revenue, profit or company-age requirements. An inquiry is not an approval or a funding commitment.

The process
Start with your business and your goals.
- Share an overview. Call us or reach us through the Contact page, and tell us briefly about the business and what you want to build.
- Have an initial fit conversation. We talk through your goals, the business and whether an investment conversation makes sense.
- Review relevant information securely. If there is a fit, we arrange an appropriate secure process for financial and operating information.
- Discuss a potential structure and plan. We discuss how a partnership could be structured and the improvement plan it would support.
Further evaluation may involve financial review, due diligence, negotiated terms and definitive agreements. Nothing is final until those agreements are signed.
Questions
About investment partnerships
Do I need to sell my entire business?
No. An investment partnership is one possible path besides a full sale. Whether a partnership fits, and what it would look like, depends on the business, your goals and terms agreed in writing.
Can I remain involved?
Often that is the point of a partnership, but it depends on the structure agreed. Your role, decision rights and day-to-day involvement are discussed openly before any agreement.
What can investment capital be used for?
Uses we discuss include added capacity, operational and systems improvements, sales and follow-up processes, useful automation and working capital, where they support a credible plan. Capital is not the answer to every cash-flow problem, and some proposed uses may not fit.
What information will you need?
To start, only a brief conversation about the business and your goals. If there is a fit, we would ask for financial statements and information about customers, operations, obligations and your plan for the capital, through an appropriate secure process. Please do not send confidential documents before that process is agreed.
Do you consider different industries and business sizes?
Yes. We welcome inquiries from every industry and every size of business. We do not publish minimum revenue, profit or age requirements, and every opportunity is reviewed on its own merits.
What if my business needs improvement before investment?
That is common. Sometimes the sensible first step is improvement work under a service engagement, or getting records and systems in order. We will tell you what we think the right next step is.
How does this differ from hiring EXIT10X as a broker?
As your broker, we work on your behalf to prepare and present the business to potential buyers. When we consider investing ourselves, we are a potential investor in that transaction. Our role, any separate engagement, fees, ownership rights and potential conflicts are explained before any agreement, and brokerage clients are never required to accept an investment from EXIT10X.
